How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
What is the Stührling return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn timepieces in their original packaging. Please ensure all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Stührling watch is backed by a comprehensive international warranty that covers manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
Are Stührling watches water-resistant?
Most of our timepieces are water-resistant, ranging from 3 ATM to 20 ATM for our diver collection. Specific depth ratings are engraved on the case back of each watch.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for flexible financing.
Can I adjust the size of my watch band?
Metal bracelets can be adjusted by removing links. We recommend visiting a local jeweler to ensure a perfect fit, though many of our models include interchangeable strap systems for easy customization at home.
